Dates: October 13 – 19, 2025

About Nyensa

Nyensa (གཉན་ས་) is a profound Chöd practice of the Vajrayana lineage, entrusted from master to disciple through blessing and transmission. The practice unites sound, visualization, and offering as a way to cut through attachment, fear, and ego-clinging.

Through receiving instruction from V. Rangrig Rinpoche, students enter into the stream of lineage blessings. The Black and White Chöd practices, when performed with faith and discipline, become powerful methods for dispelling obstacles, pacifying karmic debts, and deepening realization of emptiness and compassion.

After completing the Nyensa program, students will:

– Be empowered to carry on daily Nyensa recitation and Chöd practice on their own.

– Establish a karmic link with the blessing of the lineage through Rinpoche’s transmission.

– Gain confidence in applying Nyensa for clearing obstacles, healing, and supporting others in practice.

– Be prepared for future advanced Chöd retreats and initiations.
