Hello,  We have a few announcements. This coming Saturday 21 2019 Rinpoche has said we will be observing the 2nd Tsokhang Rinpoche’s Mahaparinirvana, those who wish to attend please bring your practice items and tsok if you wish. Start time is 4pm

Sunday, Sept  22nd is a Naga Connection 5. Venerable Rangrig Rinpoche is holding naga puja and Riwo sang at the Lakeshore location at 8;00 am. If attending please refrain from the black foods the day before and the morning of (alcohol garlic onion tobacco and meat) 

and please wear white if possible. also please look for gelatin in the offerings that you wish to share as this comes from meat and is best avoided, thank you
